Claims service


We will not leave you standing in the rain!


We are happy to take care of correspondence in the event of damage.

In order to ensure smooth processing in the event of a claim, we request that the following procedure be followed:

  • Fill out the damage report and send it to the insurer. Please send a copy of the damage report to INTERLEASING . If you have also taken out insurance with INTERLEASING , please send the damage report directly to .

  • Cases of driver escaping, burglary, vandalism and theft must be reported to the police.

  • Make an appointment with an authorized workshop for repairs.

  • Contact the workshop with INTERLEASING regarding further procedures.

  • A possible assessment is requested from the workshop.


Insurance and INTERLEASING do not cover the cost of a rental car !

  • 24 hour hotline in the event of a claim

  • Free pick-up and delivery service of your car -> pick-up of the car at the accident / breakdown location, after the repair your car will be delivered to a location of your choice
